Today when you look at a typical 50-year-old man you can expect him to leave at least 30 to 33 years more according to the statistics provided by the government. Word when you look at the new study, people who maintain 5 essential Lifestyle habits in their daily life can actually add a decade more to their life expectancy.

No smoking, following a healthy diet, regular exercising, maintaining a normal weight and moderately drinking.
But according to the researchers, the new findings actually put these Lifestyle changes in an irrelevant perspective.
Senior researcher, Dr. Frank Hu said, “Our findings have significant Public Health implications because they demonstrate the great potential of diet and Lifestyle changes in improving life expectancy.” he is also a chairman in nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum who is a spokesperson for the American Heart Association says, “these 5 things can actually empower every one of us to make a huge difference in our lives.”
These habits are realistic. Moderate exercising such as brisk walking or running for at least 30 minutes a day is enough. She also added, “This isn’t a crazy amount of exercise. This doesn’t ask you to join a gym and continue a regular workout for 2 hours a day or more.”
In reality, only a few people actually continue with following these 5 magic tricks. According to the team of Hu, only about 8% of the US adults actually maintain these 5 goals in their day-to-day lives.
The new findings have been stranded from two studies that actually followed over 123, 000 health professionals from the United States since the 1980s. All these years, the participants have given detailed information about their diet and their exercise habits along with other Lifestyle factors that are listed above.
On an average, the researchers have found that people who actually follow these 5 healthy habits where 75% less likely to die during their study. As compared to the ones who did not follow any of these habits. People who followed all the five good Lifestyle habits were actually 85% less likely to die because of heart diseases and 65% less likely to develop Cancer diseases.
