Logitech’s most advanced ergonomic mouse to date was announced today with the imminent launch. The mouse is named MX Vertical. The MX Vertical designed in collaboration with ergonomic experts. Along with MX mouse performance for a mouse, it also comes with ergonomic design elements. It cuts down the forearm restrain and improve productivity.
According to the recent survey, up to 12 per cent of computer users feel pain or discomfort on the daily basis. Logitech is aiming to target these 12 per cent of the consumer base. Logitech tested many designs and prototypes to come up with the ideal shape, weight, and glide which does not hinder mouse usage.
MX Vertical Mouse comes with the same position one uses when shaking someone’s hand with the comfortable grip and a thumb rest. It is devised to easily fit into different hand shapes and sizes, and it’s textured rubber surface provides an absolute amount of grip. MX Vertical comes with built-in 240mAh rechargeable battery with a battery life of four months. It comes with a quick charge feature which provides three hours of usage with only one minute of charging.
MX Vertical mouse allows four times less hand movement compared to standard mouse to reduce user fatigue with its highly adjustable 4,000 DPI high-precision sensor. Mouse cursor speed and accuracy can easily be adjusted from 400 DPI to 4,000 DPI by a switch at the top of the mouse. Moreover, further customization can be done by using the Logitech software.
Logitech’s new MX Vertical Mouse is priced at $99.99 and will be available to purchase from the retail store from September. However, you can preorder the mouse from Logitech’s official website starting today.
