The researchers have come out with the latest discoveries of some planets on the habitable parts of stars known as “super-earth.” These planets that are the larger versions of the planet earth and some of the scientists suggest that these places would be much more habitable than that of the earth’s size. According to a new study, it would be quite tough for the aliens on these small planets to explore the space life if there exist any.
If any of these smaller planets wish to launch a rocket similar to that of the Apollo moon mission, the rocket of these super earth planets would have to have moss of 400,000 metric tons. This is supposedly important because of the fuel requirements. This mass is equal to that of the mass of Egypt’s great pyramid of Giza.
There have been alien worlds discovered by scientists around the stars, and one of the exoplanets that were discovered by the researchers was the super-earth. The super-earths are the planets with mass ten times more than that of the earth. There are apparently numerous such planets out there in the habitable zones of the stars where the atmospheric conditions can support liquid water on the surface which makes the existence of life possible, as on earth.
There have been detailed studies on this regards that some of these worlds can have a better support system for better and efficient life-sustaining circumstances as that on earth like planets. The super-earth planets are considered to be the super-habitable planets that are stronger in gravitational pulls that are offered because of their greater amount of mass that helps them to shield against the harmful cosmic rays.
If life evolves on super-earth, they will have to develop an advanced civilization that is capable of spaceflight. The potential gravitational pulls of these planets can certainly make it more difficult for the extraterrestrials to climb up on the layers to the sky. To understand the difficulty in a practical way, Hippke made calculations about the size of the rocket needed to take off from the respective planet should be at least ten times more massive and about 70 percent wider than that of the earth. These recordings were similar to that of the specifications of the alien planet Kepler-20b that is about 950 light-years away from the planet earth. In one such planet, the vehicle needs to have a velocity of 2.4 times more than it is on earth.
